For our shipments we rely on the DHL express courier. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours. You can request the return of any product within 14 working days from the delivery date. Once the request has been sent, you will receive an email containing the documentation to proceed with the return and the instructions to fix the collection directly with the courier.
